Yvon delivered the first glow discharge instrument more
than 25 years ago. The GD-PROFILER Series of glow discharge
instruments provide simultaneous and sequential spectrometers
for the surface, depth profile and bulk analysis of both
conductive and nonconductive samples. We use a unique multimode
RF source which provides one calibration for conductive and
nonconductive samples, layers and coatings. |
